Number of vehicles recalled in the US in Q1 2024 continue to be high

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), almost 10 million vehicles were recalled in the first quarter of 2024, extending a volatile trend in recent quarters in the number of vehicles affected by recalls in the automotive industry.
